HEALTH PANEL

HEAL's Health Panel is a biannual networking event where prospective students can interact with University of Florida's graduate programs representatives. It offers a chance to learn about application requirements and program details directly from experts in the healthcare fields.

Health Panel serves as a direct bridge between the University of Florida’s student body and respected admission officers representing various professional schools. Over the years, we have successfully hosted representatives from various institutions- encompassing medicine, dentistry, occupational therapy, nursing, physician assistant, and many others- fostering an environment for over 200 students to tailer their professional journeys.

HEALTH PANEL OFFERS:

• Professional Development: Each table is tailored to its associated profession, enabling participants to acclimate themselves to a professional milieu.
• Personal Growth: Attendees are able to first-handedly learn what their respective graduate programs are looking for. They can then tailor the college experience and following gap year(s), to best suit the program they will apply to. 

• Networking: Attendees have the privilege of engaging in conversations with admissions officers within an intimate setting. This presents a valuable opportunity for fostering meaningful connections and potentially securing mentorship support.
